Elio De Tullio founded De Tullio & Partners Intellectual Property Attorneys in 2005 and currently acts as Managing Partner of De Tullio & Partners. Attorney-at-Law admitted to the Bar in Italy (Bari) since 1994.
Industrial Property Attorney – Trademark Register since 2005. Qualified representative at Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Member of the Advocacy Group Council of INTA (International Trademark Association), Co-Chair of the Geographical Indications Committee of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and President of the Intellectual property Commission of ICC Italia since 2016. He is member of the Board of Directors of INSME (International Network of SMEs) since 2015.
Member and representative of other international and national associations such as ECTA (European Community Trademark Association), ALAI (Associazione Letteraria e Artistica Internazionale), oriGIn (Organization for an International Geographical Indications Network).
Cooperating as expert with the European Commission, WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), EUIPO, EU China IPR SME Helpdesk and EU Asean IPR SME Helpdesk.
Frequent speaker and lecturer in Intellectual Property matters; among others, at University of Rome La Sapienza University, University Ca’ Foscari of Venice, University of Bari, University of Bologna, Politecnico of Milan, LUISS).
